The booking process was incredibly easy and shortly after booking I received and email from Diane asking how else she could support our event. That is top notch customer service! When Diane and Ron arrived they were friendly, helpful, and so quick to get things set up and teach us how to use the items we rented! We will definitely be renting from them again! Thanks!

This is our second year renting a bounce house from business of bounce . Each year our experience only gets better !! I rented the dry/water combo bounce house this year and it was home run !!! My granddaughter was on cloud 9 with excitement!!!!!! This is what my daughter in law had to say [ It was a serious hit. The parents had to drag the kids out when it was time to leave and they kept asking if they could come back and play in it again lol ]. I’ll be using this company for all our events !!! Ty so much

I was amazed at how clean the equipment was and it was in excellent condition. The owner was a jem. I would absolutely refer the company to everyone I know. They were on time and it was a hit at the party.

Amazing people and an amazing bounce house. We got the dinosaur themed bounce house for our daughters birthday party. From drop off and set up all the way through to clean up, everything went off without a problem. They showed up early to allow plenty of time for set up and blowing up. Clean up was quick and efficient. They sanitize right in front of you so you know everything is as clean as possible. Extremely friendly service. I can't reccomend these people enough. If you have an event, book them!

1st time customer. I researched local companies and booked Business of Bounce based on other customer reviews. Customer service was excellent for booking and user-friendly website for placing order. Love that this business does all the setup and takedown, making it hassle free for our event. All the kids enjoyed the variety of houses. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the houses - which indicates that the business takes great care in maintenance. We will 100% book again for future events. And I will be booking again for my family reunion.

Company is easy to work with regarding paperwork. I like that they offer staff to manage the inflatables during the event. It makes it nearly worry-free for us. Prices are much better than other companies.

First thing I will say is, I’m very thankful I found this company and would recommend them to anyone that asked. They went above and beyond from the very first quote I put in up until they tore down and left the site that we booked for. Both kind, respectful and very responsive. Looking for someone to do all the work and you (&your children) enjoy all the fun ?! This is your company. Quick to respond to setting up to schedule to rent it ! Then coming out early and setting up! Kids enjoyed every bit of it. Then sanitizing it right in front of you before tearing it down and taking it home. Highly recommend. And will rent from them again !! Super nice and friendly.

I had never before rented a bouncy house and was renting from out of town for my granddaughters birthday party and I really lucked out with this business! They had the house I wanted at a great price! They arrived on time and quickly set up! I was very happy to learn this was a small family business - I always try to support small businesses- they add a personal touch! Used them for a party for my niece and the kids loved it!! They had different fun options for us to choose out of and my niece absolutely loved the bounce house where she could race her little friends. They had a snow cone and cotton candy machine that we all loved (even us adults). Without us asking they gave her a goody bag and let the other kids choose some toys as well. They even left us some balls to play with in the bounce house. The set up and pick up was so quick and easy. They kept in contact with us and were there when they said they would be. Will DEFINITELY be using them for all my parties! Can’t wait to try out the water bounce houses!!

Ron was, first of all, very fair and equally honest in representing his business as that which would serve our youth event. The product, the bounce houses were all in tiptop shape, first class. Ron was very conscientious over them being clean and sanitized before the event began. His promptness was appreciated in the timeliness of dropping them off and setting them up and also in coming back to pick them up. The pricing is very, very fair and again, the product line that we needed was in mint condition. We would highly recommend them should these type services be needed for your youth event, Ron Bell and his company would be a great choice.
